FREE INNER CRITIC WORKSHEET
Oh Hello, INNER CRITIC!
A practical worksheet to understand, name, and start befriending the voice that holds you back — so you can lead, create, and live with less self-doubt.
WHY THIS WORKSHEET?
Inner critics are internalised beliefs — often inaccurate and mostly incomplete. They can make us feel like impostors when we step into new roles, convince us that we are not worthy of a fulfilling life, and keep us so safe that we don’t even try our best.
But here is the surprising part: inner critics serve a protective purpose. They are trying to keep us safe — from failure, from judgement, from pain. The problem is not the intention. The problem is that the method doesn’t help us living fulfilling lives.
This worksheet helps you see that clearly, so you can upgrade those outdates and inaccurate beliefs about yourself.
If you want to understand the concept more deeply before starting, read Introduction to Inner Critics.
This worksheet was created by Anton Zemlyanoy — an executive coach who has sat with people in over 2,000 coaching sessions, helping leaders and professionals work with their inner critics instead of against them.
